Angie Shilliday – Mrs Canada International 2014
Angie Shilliday is a feminine force of unbridled energy. Married with two active teenage boys, Angie was born and raised in Calgary. As Mrs. Canada 2014, Angie travelled the globe and took to the world stage raising people’s consciousness to important issues and causes. Her passion for positive change has led her to be a Global and Local Ambassador for Habitat for Humanity and the Alberta Ambassador for the David Foster Foundation “Be A Donor Save A Life” Program. At home she is on a mission to create awareness surrounding drug and alcohol addiction through her volunteer work at 1835 Recovery House-Calgary Addiction and Recovery Center. She co-created and stars in the TV series, “Crowns of Construction” where she displays her skills as a handy-woman and her passion for her community by renovating a run-down four-plex into a much needed Women’s Treatment Facility. Angie is also proud to welcome visitors and guests to her native city on behalf of Tourism Calgary and greatly appreciates the time she spends mentoring today’s youth. She is true beauty from the inside-out!
Crowned Mrs. Canada International 2014
Angie was very proud to represent Canada at the International Pageant in Jacksonville, Florida USA where she placed in the top 15.
